We may collect personally non-identifiable information from you at the time of registration, or when you choose to use certain of our services. This information is not, by itself, sufficient to identify or contact you. Examples include demographic data, age, education level, profession or gender. This Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no personal data is available or used in this process.
In compliance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Hexzap Solutions Inc. keeps all the information, regarding your custom application or mobile website development process, strictly confidential. By way of illustration, but not as a limitation, Confidential Information includes the Software, trade secrets, processes, data, know-how, program codes, documentation, flowcharts, algorithms, marketing plans, forecasts, unpublished financial statements, budgets, licenses, prices, costs, and employee and Client lists. Hexzap Solutions Inc. agrees to use its best efforts to prevent and protect the Confidential Information, or any part thereof, from disclosure to any person other than the respective Client’s employees, consultants and contractors having a need for disclosure in connection with Hexzap Solutions Inc.’s authorized use of the Confidential Information.
Hexzap Solutions Inc. agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons. We also request our Clients to keep such information as confidential and limit disclosure to any officers, employees, third party agents or individuals who are not directly connected to their project.
LIMITS ON CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The above mentioned Confidential Information shall not be deemed proprietary and Hexzap Solutions Inc. shall have no obligation with respect to such information where the information:
• was known to Hexzap Solutions Inc. prior to receiving any of the Confidential Information from the Client;
• has become publicly known through no wrongful act of Hexzap Solutions Inc.;
• was received by Hexzap Solutions Inc. from a third party without restriction as to the use and disclosure of the information;
• was independently developed by Hexzap Solutions Inc. without any use of the provided Confidential Information; or
• was ordered to be publicly released by the requirement of a government agency.
OWNERSHIP OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Hexzap Solutions Inc. agrees that all Confidential Information shall remain the property of the Client who provided it and that the Client may use such Confidential Information for any purpose without obligation to Hexzap Solutions Inc.. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting or implying any transfer of rights to Hexzap Solutions Inc. in the Confidential Information, or any patents or other intellectual property protecting or relating to the Confidential Information.
PASSIVELY COLLECTED INFORMATION
When you interact with us through the Site, we receive and store certain additional personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Examples include IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data involving your use of the Site and/or our services.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of ours. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you visit.
